Something like this is next to impossible. Muslims have always shown problems in coexistence with others.
And regarding the Jewish history, I am not much aware but they were discriminated and massacred a lot in the past, by Christians as well as Muslims.
If Arabs leave Islam in mass numbers, and both sides embrace humanity, then only can such a thing be possible.
